ELLCADO™ Controlled Growth Strategy
ELLCADO™ Controlled Growth Strategy
Explore. Locate. Link. Control. Activate. Defend. Optimise.
If your business is growing but it doesn’t feel controlled, you’re not alone.
This is a pattern I see all the time in manufacturing and operational SMEs: you’ve outgrown the systems that used to run the business. So now you are surrounded by chaos:
Sales are selling, but not always in the right direction.
Production is producing, but not always at the right pace (or for the right mix).
Collections are chasing on a timetable, not on what your cash actually needs.
And the result is a weird frustration: you look “successful” on paper… but cash is tight, priorities are messy, and decisions keep bouncing around the business.
That’s exactly what ELLCADO™ is built to fix.
This is a 4-week executive engagement where I step in and help you turn your growth into a controllable system.
Not a big strategy document. Not theory. A clear operating rhythm your team can follow, so execution produces progress, not just effort.
By the end, you’ll have:
-
a sequence of priorities (so you stop doing everything at once)
-
decision understanding (who decides what, and when)
-
aligned teams (sales, ops, production, finance pulling in the same direction)
-
a cash lens across the business (so growth stops leaking cash)
-
a practical operating system you can run week after week
Think of it as a reset that puts the business back in your hands, and makes growth predictable, repeatable, and cash-flow-driven.
Who this is for
This engagement is for CEOs / founders of operational and manufacturing SMEs who:
-
carry huge amounts of invisible value in their own heads: pricing logic, supplier relationships, production know-how, customer exceptions and this works while they’re there every day but breaks when they step back.
-
can’t translate strategy into weekly execution
-
keep hitting the same constraints (capacity, cash, delivery, people)
-
want confidence before investing in growth, hiring, capex, or funding
-
need the leadership team aligned on priorities and decision rules
- the systems don't talk to each other - the sales team and the production team don't understand each others needs.
If your business is profitable but chaotic, then this is for you.
If your business is growing but cash is tighter, this is for you as well.
What this program is
A structured 4-week engagement built on the ELLCADO™ framework to:
-
Expose what’s really driving friction (not symptoms)
-
Create executive clarity on direction, priorities, and trade-offs
-
Convert strategy into execution with a 90-day plan
-
Install control systems so decisions are faster and performance is measurable
-
Defend cash and margins so growth doesn’t quietly weaken the business
This is not theory.
This is a leadership reset + execution architecture.
What this is NOT
Let’s make this very clear:
This is not:
-
a finance audit
-
a budgeting
-
a software/systems implementation
-
a full business transformation program
This is executive clarity + an execution system.
Alignment is a result, not the activity.

Beyond the ordinary
By the end of the 4 weeks, you will have:
Acknowledgement
-
the real cause of friction (not symptoms)
-
the constraints that are holding growth back
-
the strategy choices you’ve been avoiding
Control
-
a simple operating rhythm (meetings + metrics + accountability)
-
faster, cleaner decisions with clear decision rights
-
a leadership team working from the same definition of success
Cash-flow-driven execution
-
a 90-day plan with owners and sequencing
-
cash and margin guardrails so growth doesn’t damage stability
-
confidence to invest (or not invest) with clear reasoning
You leave knowing exactly what to fix first, and how to execute it.
