My financial skills sharpened at Lloyds Bank as a Commercial Relationship Manager, specialising in Manufacturing and Healthcare, where I analysed complex businesses, assessed risk, and learned exactly what makes a company resilient, credible, and fundable. 

Founding Ellcado Finance, a brokerage connected to over 200 lenders and an Appointed Representative of Synergy Commercial Finance, provided me the opportunity to working even closely with SMEs through approvals, declines, restructures, and growth decisions thet gave me deep insight into lender logic and the real reasons businesses succeed or struggle.

It was here that the thinking behind ELLCADO™ began to take shape, a structured way to diagnose weaknesses and focus on the levers that truly drive performance.

Today, as a CRO-style business consultant, I work directly with CEOs in manufacturing, engineering, and operational SMEs, using the ELLCADO™ framework to improve margins, fix operational flow, strengthen financial discipline, and turn strategy into execution.
